When will I get my order?

We endeavour to dispatch customer orders within 24hrs; however this is not always possible throughout our busy periods or over bank holidays. Items sent via our courier service should arrive within 3 working days from dispatch, with Royal Mail items taking up to 5 working days. For more information please refer to our Delivery Information

What if it doesn't fit?

We are happy to exchange items which do not fit, should they be in perfect sellable condition, along with the original packaging. Should the size you require not be in stock we will offer an alternative/similar item, or we can arrange a refund. Please refer to our Returning Your Order section for further details

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes! Please email us at visitorcentre@wadworth.co.uk once you have placed your order, stating what you would like us to write. We’re pretty quick at picking/packing goods, so please let us know as soon as you place your order.

I need to return/exchange my item, how do I do this?

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the Visitor Centre, where we can arrange with you the return of the goods and rectify any issues. Please refer to our Returning Your Order section for full details

What do I do if my item is damaged?

Should you experience any damaged items from transit, please at the first instance refuse to sign for the goods on delivery. Please contact the Visitor Centre to arrange a suitable replacement. Please see our Returning Your Order section for full details.

The item I want isn’t available; will you be getting more in stock?

If the item you were looking for isn’t showing online, we may be out of stock, waiting for a delivery or possibly discontinuing the item. We try to rotate our merchandise seasonally, with new and exciting products being introduced all year round. Our core beers are available all year round, but some of our seasonal beers will only be available for a short period.
