Swordfish ale is a unique blend of Wadworth beer and Pusser’s Navy Rum with an ABV of 5%, perfect for those who like to enjoy something a little different.

Origially brewed to commemorate 100 years of Naval Aviation. This unique blend of Wadworth beer and Pusser’s Navy Rum (rationed to the Navy during WWII) offers a nose of gentle rum notes with a warm hoppy edge. This is a full-bodied ale, with a rich smoothness and caramel overtones from dark, unrefined sugar and a rounded hop finish.

Every pint or bottle of Swordfish beer sold contributes 5p to Navy Wings, a charity dedicated to preserving naval aviation history and maintaining the Navy's iconic aircraft.

Unique beautiful taste

I had this at a country pub near Newbury and it was lovely, the best I’ve tasted in a long time. My husband also thought the same and is a good ale drinker! So good we are desperate to buy some to get us through the Covid 19 isolation we are having to do!

We were recently on holiday in Sept 2019 & visited a Devizes pub next to the canal, on the outskirts of the town, when I tried a pint of Swordfish for the first time & I said to my wife that's the best ale I've had for a long time. Since returning home to Norfolk, I've ordered 12 bottles & they are going down nicely! Will soon be ordering another dozen to stock up the supplies!! Quality flies, quality shines!!!
